I don’t do a lot of online shopping. Still not very comfortable with the idea… Old school I guess. But how often do you get “as promised service” Yup your thinking exactly what I was thinking… Well this is one of the only places I could find the item I so badly wanted. Purchased the “Thermos Stainless Travel Mug Leakproof”. Well it came packaged and delivered promptly as promised. What else can one say, 100% satisfied customer. Cayne’s staff thank you very much and have a great Christmas. Love the mug ;o)

I received my package this morning, which is amazing since I ordered it yesterday. I do alot of on-line shopping because i am disabled and Caynes is my favorite vendor, by far. The customer service is excellent. You underpromise and over deliver. ie, I am always more than satisfied with all aspects of this shopping experience.

I plan to take further advantage of the free shipping for the next month.

I like shopping at Cayne's because I look forward to seeing the novelties in housewares. There is no need to shop around at other stores and waste time comparing prices and quality. Cayne's has already done this work for the customers by selecting the best there is in housewares. It is the ideal store for bridal registry; the future bride and groom will find such a vast selection that they would not have to register at a second store. There is also a good exchange and return policy. I remain faithful to Cayne's and, whenever relatives and friends visit me from abroad, I take them to Cayne's and they love it!

A couple of days ago, a young lady called and asked me where to find our every day cookware set. I mentioned some places like SEARS, and THE BAY, and explained the difference between each set. I also told her she could look up www.cayneshousewares.com. She did order online and saved herself a lot of money compared to those other stores in Quebec. So she called back asking why Caynes was so inexpensive. She wanted to know if there was a difference, like did she get seconds or lesser quality. I said no of course. But she was so pleased with your service, as she received it one and a half day after ordering it...
