to get your valued parcel safely delivered to you.
If you choose to have your parcel shipped via courier, someone needs to be available to receive the goods and sign for them. We strongly suggest that you provide us with an address where someone will be DURING BUSINESS HOURS to receive your shipment. In the
event no one is there to receive the goods, the courier will leave you a notification
that they attempted delivery. At this point you should call the courier to make delivery
arrangements. If the arrangements are not made, the parcel will be sent back to us.
Cayne's shipping department uses only the most up to date means of technology in
securely packing your order. Your order is double checked before shipping.
In efforts to do our part for the environment, Cayne's uses recycled boxes. As a result, the product that you see on the outside of the box will not necessarily be the item you have ordered. Please be sure to open the box.
To determine shipping charges, first, click on your Shopping Cart after adding all of your desired items. Next, enter your Postal/Zip code in the box below 'TOTAL' and click 'CALCULATE'. Finally, choose the desired method of shipping. The shipping amount will then appear above your 'TOTAL' cost.
