Cayne's The Super Housewares Store prides itself in using only the best carriers to get your valued parcel safely delivered to you.

All shipments are sent by courier, and as such require that someone is available to receive the goods and sign for them.We strongly suggest that you provide us with an address where someone will be DURING BUSINESS HOURS to receive your shipment. In the event no one is there to receive the goods, the courier will leave you a notification that they attempted delivery. At this point you should call the courier to make delivery arrangements.

Packages to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO and International addresses will be shipped via the Postal Service. Shipping and Handling charges are based on weight and distance. We have estimated the charge however the final charge will be email to you, if changed, before we ship.

Cayne's shipping dept. uses only the most up to date means of technology in securely packing your order. Your order is double checked before shipping.

Should any part of your order be damaged as a result of shipping, please contact your carrier for further instructions.

If you need to return any items, please take care in packing the item or items in the original packaging, so as not to be damaged while in transit.

Cayne's The Super Housewares Store is not responsible for freight costs for merchandise returned, unless shipped incorrectly. You should send freight prepaid or the freight will be refused.
